The City of Portland hereby issues this Request for Bid ("RFB"). The City is seeking bids from firms interested and qualified to provide City-Wide Pest Control Services. The City intends to enter into a Service Agreement (also referred to herein as a "Contract") for these services. The sealed bid must be clearly marked on the outside "RFB 4992 FOR CITY-WIDE PEST CONTROL SERVICES" along with the bidder's name and address as instructed in the RFB. All Bids must be addressed and delivered to: Annette Hall - City Secretary, City of Portland City Hall, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 by no later than 2:00 PM (CT) on June 8, 2023. All bids must be complete, accurate and in the City approved format specified. Bidders must furnish pricing for all of the items shown on the Bid Pricing Form. Unauthorized modifications of specifications, forms or terms may render the bid invalid. The sealed Bids may be submitted in person, by U.S. Mail, Special Delivery, or courier service. Bids submitted directly to the City by facsimile (fax) or e-mail will be considered non-responsive and eliminated from consideration. Any bids received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered. Please review the RFB document in its entirety before submitting bid.

(CT) local time May 26, 2023. All Bidders' requests for clarification and the City's responses can be found on the City's website in the form of an addenda on the specified date referenced in the schedule of important dates in Section 1 of the RFB.

| The City is tax exempt; therefore, the bid should not include taxes. A Tax Exemption Certificate can be provided upon request. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any non-material irregularities or informalities, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items.
