The City of Portland is hereby soliciting proposals from firms interested and qualified to provide unleaded gasoline and diesel delivery service. A copy of the RFP documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Officer at City Hall or downloaded from the City’s website at http://portlandtx.com/bids.aspx. The Sealed Proposals must be marked on the outside “RFP 4396 for FUEL DELIVERY SERVICES” along with the proposer's name and address as instructed in the RFP. Proposals must be addressed and delivered to: Annette Hall – City Secretary, City of Portland City Hall, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 on or before 2:00 PM (CT) October 6, 2022. Any proposals received after the due date and time will be returned unopened.
