The survey includes questions about quality of life, important characteristics of community, services provided by the City of Portland and priorities for the future. Your responses will help guide the City in upcoming planning and budget decisions.

Summary of 2022 Survey Phases
The 2022 Citizen Satisfaction Survey includes 2 phases. In the first phase, printed surveys were mailed to a random sampling of households in Portland. These households received a project description letter that explained how residents could respond using the postage-paid return envelope or through an online link that was included in the letter. The second phase, open participation, begins Monday. In this phase, all Portland residents may complete the survey at https://polco.us/spgsf2 (English) or https://polco.us/sf67w8 (Spanish).
