The Portland Community Center is available as a warming shelter. The Community Center is located at 2000 Billy G. Webb Dr. Portland, Texas. Please enter the Community Center through the side entrance across from the Joe Burke Pavilion.
Rules for the warming shelter:
• No weapons, alcohol or tobacco allowed
• No pets allowed
• Must wear a face covering at all times
• No food will be provided
• You may bring your own snacks and water
• Bring a form of identification
• Bring your own blankets, pillows, and/or sleeping bags
