Story time with Mr. Kippy features music, stories, creative dramatics, books, puppets, props, ball playing, and lots of other fun activities. It is geared for kids age 5 and under. Mr. Kippy is the librarian for San Patricio County and visits every library in San Patricio County on a weekly basis.
