Fitness & Recreational Programs

We have postponed resuming fitness classes due to the significant increase in COVID-19 cases in our area. 

We anticipate the weight and cardio rooms to reopen beginning Monday, June 15, 2020! This is Phase 1 of reopening. 

During Phase 1, the basketball courts, gymnasium, and fitness classes will remain closed. 

Phase 2 of reopening is anticipated to begin July 1. During Phase 2, fitness classes will resume, but the class sizes will be limited to ensure social distancing is followed and no equipment is shared. 

Phase 3 of reopening is anticipated to begin in mid-August. We expect to be able to allow full capacity and amenities at that time IF state and local executive orders allow.

Current Hours of Operation
- Weight room & Cardio room @ Community Center
        Open in 2 hour intervals with 1 hour between for cleaning and sanitizing.
        Monday through Saturday
             8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
             11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
             2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
             5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
        Closed Sundays

The Portland Community Center is home to fitness classes, camps, and recreational opportunities throughout the year.  We are revamping all our classes, schedules and programs to meet all your needs.  New classes and exciting programs will being January 2020.
