The City of Portland has filed an application with the Public Utility Commission of Texas to amend CCN No. 10541 and 20216 to provide water and sewer utility service in San Patricio County.  The proposed area is located approximately 3-5 miles North, East, and West of downtown Portland.  Click here for the map.  Landowners of 25 acres or more in the proposed area will be receiving an official notice, which can be viewed here.
