1. How often do I have to cut my grass?

Property owners or responsible parties must maintain their property and cut grass, weeds, brush and clear sidewalks. Grass may not be over 12 inches.

Property owners adjacent to street intersections must limit the height of vegetation or structures within the "sight triangle." The sight triangle is the triangle formed by measuring 20 feet from both corner of an intersection and forming a triangle. All of the requirements listed are necessary to maintain a pleasant and safe environment for all citizens of Portland. We must all do our part to contribute to the benefit of our community.
