[ARCHIVED] Spring Cleaning: Special Bulk Drop-Off Event

Spring Cleaning Special Drop-Off 2023

The City of Portland and Republic Services are hosting a bulk drop-off event for Portland residents on Saturday, April 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or until the Republic Services roll-offs are full. The drop-off location will be on the corner of Moore Avenue and Akins Drive by the elevated water tower - across from Oak Manor Villas. You will need to verify your Portland address with a driver's license, utility bill, or other proof of residency. A list of acceptable household bulk items is below. Brush & yard waste will be accepted at this event, too.

Please note: Contractors are not permitted to utilize this special drop-off event. Contractors must rent a roll-off container. Please call Development Services to receive a permit for a roll-off at 361-777-4550.
