The City of Portland is performing maintenance on the payment system Thursday, March 23, and Friday, March 24. City departments will not be able to provide account balances nor take payments in person or online. Residents who wish to make payments on these days must use a check or money order with the exact amount owed based on your mailed or emailed statement.
